Stuff yourself silly with delicious sushi dishes in Sushi Go Party!

Sushi Go Party! is the meatier reimplementation of the super-fast card-drafting party game Sushi Go! Players are eating at a sushi restaurant and trying to enjoy the most satisfying combination of sushi, sashimi and Japanese desserts possible. The game perfectly emulates the idea of conveyor belt sushi by employing the popular “draft and pass” mechanic.

The rules are so simple to understand that you can teach the game simply by playing a couple of rounds. The crux of the game lies on how players perceive the value of each card in their hand every round, and then picking a card that offers the most potential points or, is simply one that their opponents need. The fast-playing gameplay offers opportunities for light strategy within 20 minutes.

Sushi Go Party! also allows the players to customise each game with different combinations of dishes from a selection of twenty. This can give rise to casual, chaotic or cutthroat games depending on your preferences.

The game offers all-around fun, making it a favourite during gatherings with friends and family. In addition to the universally loved sushi theme, it is easy to recommend Sushi Go Party! to anyone!

P.S. I have a soft spot for Sushi Go Party! as Sushi Go! was one of the first games I ever owned. I was so inspired by the “draft and pass” mechanics that I implemented it into the game I designed for my final year project in university. I will share more about this here on TableTopTavern. Stay tuned for the post!
